Chrome Extension - Aleatoric Mod
Aleatoric mod is a Chrome extension which adds a simple feature to your browser: listening to your browser. You can use it to listen to HTTP traffic and see what kind of files your browser makes requests to download. For each request, your browser will make a sound to alert you. You can change the volume of the sounds by clicking the volume button next to the menu. The volume of the sounds will be saved so that you won't need to change the volume again when you have downloaded a new file.
This Chrome extension has a built-in sample of a download, but you can use other sounds. Each sound is linked to a certain content downloaded in the browser:
A request for a stylesheet.
A request for an image.
